Cynergy Catalyst Advisors was founded by two partners whose paths complement each other. One came up through military intelligence, defense and Fortune 500 consulting, and years of learning-and-development work. The other has spent two decades driving business development, economic development, and advocacy across non-profit, chemical, pharmaceutical, transportation, and global career-services industries — and more than forty years mentoring the people behind the results.
